I wrote this just to show you the addons that i use along with my firefox. If you are not so familiar with addons, those are plugins for FF that gives a additional functionality for firefox. You can know more about addons by going to this link

1)Colorzilla

2)Delicious Bookmarks
Hope you know about delicious, which is the bookmarking site, where we can bookmark our favorite sites. So if you want to know my bookmarks check this out ;-)

5)Web developer
If you are a web developer then you really need this plugin. The tabs this plugin provide are really helpful. It is really easy to set a cookie, delete one and even filling forms with sample data.really cool, check this addon in following link

6)YSlow
YSlow is created by Yahoo Inc. This addon shows the reasons why your webapge is slow. It compares your web page with around 12 scale points and rates your web page. We need the firebug addon already installed before installing YSlow. Know more about this addon below

yahoo and google agrees to ad alliance

hi,
Yahoo who escaped from the biding from Microsoft entered in alliance with Google. Yahoo believes that the ad alliance with Google will help them in their sagging fortunes and quell a rebellion by stockholders.

Google will show their ads next to Yahoo search results, which will help Yahoo to raise revenue by $800 million

They had a successful test run of the ads for two weeks, before implementing.

microsoft withdraws proposal to acquire yahoo .... ( or really big to acquire)

it was in the news for a long time that Microsoft was going to acquire yahoo. But the latest news has come that microsoft withdrew the proposal to acquire yahoo.

Microsoft had increased there bid to $5 billion but that was not enough ;-) to acquire yahoo.

mumbai darshan

hi guys

welcome to my next travalogue..

this time i got my chance to go little further outside of Kerala to Mumbai ,
the capital city of Maharashtra.

I was accompanied by my parents to see my sister, brother in law and dearest nephew who lives in Thane

i got my chance to see this great city after a long time, i had come here 15 years ago. It was fantastic to see the place again.

Mumbai Darshan is a best feature offered by the tourism department and they show the places to visit in mumbai. They take you around mumbai in a bus and you get to see the tourist destinations in mumbai.

The first place that i saw through mumbai darshan was the 4D cinema shown at Atria Mall which was a great experience in which they spray water, move the chairs and ofcourse we need to wear the special specs



they went through many places Gate way of India, Old and New taj,an aquarium, Science and technology park, bse stock exchange

it was great getting to see these places.

today i am bit in philosophical mood so i am elaborating on the keywords to success which you can see at the right side of my blog

So i am repeating that for you again..and also elaborating that for you

• A MEDIUM AMOUNT OF INTELLIGENCE

• SELF CONFIDENCE
• FAILURE

of these four points can you guess which is the main keyword..it is

"FAILURE"

to be really successful you must face failure
you must EXPERIENCE IT, FACE IT, TASTE IT, SUFFER IT.

for once you taste failure, you have no fear.
you can take risks more easily.

flip media tour to kodaikanal

Guten Tag guys!

that's the way you greet people in German! I will teach you more ways to greet people in different languages in my coming posts

on december our company Flip Media arranged us a tour of two days to Kodaikanal. It was great fun and gave us time to make ourselves stress free and move from our hectic work schedule

though i have been to kodai, this was different as this was with my workmates and moreover we had a night stay at the chilly mountains which was awesome.Also i got to see some new places that i missed when i had came here before

it was chillier than usual and moreover you know december is the coldest right ?
